Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays).
Processing Time
Orders are processed in 1 business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number with real-time updates.

- Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment
- Delays in tracking updates may occur during high-demand periods

Tax Information
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at:

We will assist you in opening a claim or investigation with the shipping carrier.
Please note:
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility may transfer to the recipient
- We will support you throughout the resolution process
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

- If the order has not been processed, we will update the address
- If already processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes
