How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@trend-sellers.com.

Am I able to cancel my order?

  • We cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made. If you recently placed your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at support@trend-sellers.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • All orders include tracking once the order is processed and ready to ship. Please email us at support@trend-sellers.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our earliest convenience. 

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

  • You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

How can I pay?

  • We currently accept all major credit card payments as well as Afterpay.
